For the next two weeks, in the following subjects we will be working on…

Language Arts- vowel patterns i, ie, igh, y, verbs, comparative endings –er, -est, verbs: am, is, are, was, were
Reading- sequencing, fact and opinion
Math- compare and construct polygons, sort attributes according to a rule, create shapes out of triangles and rectangles, line segments, parallel lines, intersecting lines, characteristics of quadrangles, describe and compare 3-dimensional shapes, symmetry
Science- states of matter, changes in physical properties of matter, water cycle
Social Studies- how technology changes our life to meet our needs, winter celebrations

Happy Thanksgiving

Good Morning Parents,

I just wanted to tell you how grateful I am to have your children in my class this year. They truly are a wonderful group of kids, and they are so eager to learn every day. I know that it wouldn’t be possible without all of your help and support from home as well as your help with me in the class. So again, thank you so much!
