Language Arts- vowel patterns i, ie, igh, y, verbs,
comparative endings –er, -est, verbs: am, is, are, was, wereReading- sequencing, fact and opinion
Math- compare and construct polygons, sort attributes according to a rule, create shapes out of triangles and rectangles, line segments, parallel lines, intersecting lines, characteristics of quadrangles, describe and compare 3-dimensional shapes, symmetry
Science- states of matter, changes in physical properties of matter, water cycle
Social Studies- how technology changes our life to meet our needs, winter celebrations
